Exhibiting at the International Drone Exhibition! We will inspect damages such as cracks in bridges using drones.

Support for close visual inspection of infrastructure structures such as bridges using "drone and pole camera technologies suitable for non-GNSS environments"!

A drone capable of autonomous flight without relying on GNSS uses a pole camera that can extend up to 11 meters to capture images of infrastructure structures (architecture and civil engineering). It extracts damage and creates damage diagrams using image analysis technology (AI and manual methods). Additionally, we can create three-dimensional models of structures and generate orthomosaic images according to customer requests. 【Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Published Inspection Support Technology Performance Catalog Adoption Records】 - Structural inspections (architecture, civil engineering, equipment): 240 cases - Among them, bridge inspection records: 49 bridges (19 prefectures) (Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism: 26 bridges, prefectures: 12 bridges, municipalities: 11 bridges ⇒ within Aichi Prefecture: 13 bridges) 【Deliverables】 Captured images, damage photos (composite images/damage display), damage diagrams * Depending on requests, we can provide image layout diagrams, three-dimensional models, etc. 【Exhibition Information】 ■ Maintenance and Resilience TOKYO 2024 - International Drone Exhibition - 〇 Date: July 24 (Wed) to 26 (Fri) 〇 Venue: Tokyo Big Sight East Exhibition Hall 〇 Exhibitor Seminar: July 24 (Wed) 11:00 to 11:50 JDC Forum: July 26 (Fri) 12:10 to 12:30 Theme: Enhancing management operations for bridges and aqueducts using a three-dimensional inspection ledger.

"Exterior Wall Inspection Robot" Inspects tall structures without the need for human labor!

A inspection robot that can automatically avoid obstacles such as eaves and windows, addressing worker safety and labor shortages! It is also capable of close visual inspection using a camera and floating surveys using a tapping device.

This is a robot developed through joint research between Toyohashi University of Technology and Sanshin Kenzai Kogyo, designed to elevate and inspect exterior walls, with the development concept focusing on ensuring worker safety, addressing labor shortages, digitizing inspections and surveys, and securing flexibility in application through modularization. Currently, we are conducting verification tests aimed at commercialization. 【Development Concept】 ■ Ensuring worker safety ■ Addressing labor shortages ■ Reducing costs of inspections and surveys ■ Securing flexibility through modularization of inspection equipment 【Benefits of Implementation】 ■ Capable of carrying inspection equipment and using cameras and impact testers to diagnose deterioration and detachment of exterior walls ■ Enables high-altitude inspections without the use of scaffolding or gondolas ■ Eliminates concerns about dangerous work, costs, stress, and aesthetics ■ Allows inspections of bridge decks without using crane trucks for bridge inspections *This is a robot currently under joint research and development.

Inspection of "walls" and "concrete structures" using infrared cameras.

Introduction of various surveys and proposals using infrared cameras, radar rebar detection, and various tests.

At Sanxin Building Materials Industry Co., Ltd., we conduct surveys that include thermal images of exterior walls as visual aids for exterior wall inspections. By using infrared images in addition to traditional surveys, we can visually appeal to clients, leading to a deeper understanding. Additionally, for inspections of concrete structures, we utilize the radar rebar detector "SIR-EZ," which combines a control computer and exploration device into one, allowing for quick detection of rebar and non-metallic pipes within the structure. A laser pointer is used to indicate the location of the area currently being surveyed and the position of embedded objects such as rebar from the front and side of the exploration device. We provide a speedy rebar survey without careless mistakes. 【Features】 ■ Ability to visually appeal using infrared images ■ Quick detection of rebar and non-metallic pipes within concrete structures ■ Significant improvement in work efficiency by using a device equipped with a laser pointer ■ Various surveys including core sampling, compressive strength testing, carbonation testing, and report preparation *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

HK-2

Recommended for earthquake measures for automatic doors and equipment! Seismic device HK-2.

  • NEW
  • PRODUCT

Japan is one of the top 10 countries in the world with frequent earthquakes. The 2020 White Paper on Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism has also reported an increase in the probability of major earthquakes occurring. Regarding the Nankai Trough earthquake, the probability of an earthquake with a magnitude of 8 to 9 occurring within the next 30 years is estimated to be 70 to 80%. At Hotron, we recommend the introduction of seismic devices for earthquake countermeasures in buildings and equipment. The seismic device 'HK-2' is a product that automatically performs various controls that have been pre-set when it detects strong shaking equivalent to a seismic intensity of 5 lower or higher. For example, it can automatically execute actions such as: "Open automatic doors and gates to secure evacuation routes and access for emergency vehicles" "Transmit signals to the control room and stop facility equipment" "Unlock the keys to locked lockers" "Automatically play voice guidance" For more details, please download the materials or contact us.

Image of wireless set usage

Solve your problems with wired bed exit sensors by connecting a wireless set linked to the nurse call system!

  • NEW
  • PRODUCT

Do you have any concerns or requests regarding wired bed exit sensors? × Tangling or tripping over wired cables × Cable disconnection or damage × Worrying about forgetting to turn the switch back on after temporarily stopping the sensor. × Wanting to be notified of bed exits even from a location far from the nurse call outlet. Such concerns can be resolved simply by connecting our wireless nurse call linked set to the sensor! Our wireless nurse call linked set allows you to connect bed exit sensors like "Ugo-kun," "Foldable Thin Matta-kun," "Ayumi-chan," and "Just Place Pole-kun" to transmitters and receivers, reducing wiring around the bed area, alleviating concerns about tripping or falling due to cables, and contributing to a tidier work environment. Furthermore, it enables the use of bed exit sensors even from locations far from the nurse call outlet, allowing for more flexible equipment placement.

As heatwave risks continue to rise and workplace heatstroke prevention requirements become increasingly important, how can organizations encourage employees to maintain safe behaviors consistently?

  • NEW
  • COMPANY

Kort Valuta has released a workplace initiative model that leverages points exchangeable for electronic money to support the adoption of safety and wellness habits. Examples include: ・Hydration reporting ・Viewing heatstroke prevention content ・Pre-shift condition checks ・Voice-based condition checks By linking these activities to incentive points, organizations can encourage voluntary participation while supporting workplace safety and employee well-being. The model is designed not only for frontline environments such as: ・Logistics ・Construction ・Manufacturing but also for office-based health and well-being programs. Safety posters and reminders alone are often not enough to drive lasting behavioral change. We hope this initiative provides a practical example for organizations seeking new approaches to workplace safety and employee engagement.
