A drone capable of autonomous flight without relying on GNSS uses a pole camera that can extend up to 11 meters to capture images of infrastructure structures (architecture and civil engineering). It extracts damage and creates damage diagrams using image analysis technology (AI and manual methods). A inspection robot that can automatically avoid obstacles such as eaves and windows, addressing worker safety and labor shortages! It is also capable of close visual inspection using a camera and floating surveys using a tapping device.

This is a robot developed through joint research between Toyohashi University of Technology and Sanshin Kenzai Kogyo, designed to elevate and inspect exterior walls, with the development concept focusing on ensuring worker safety, addressing labor shortages, digitizing inspections and surveys, and securing flexibility in application through modularization. At Sanxin Building Materials Industry Co., Ltd., we conduct surveys that include thermal images of exterior walls as visual aids for exterior wall inspections. By using infrared images in addition to traditional surveys, we can visually appeal to clients, leading to a deeper understanding. Additionally, for inspections of concrete structures, we utilize the radar rebar detector "SIR-EZ," which combines a control computer and exploration device into one, allowing for quick detection of rebar and non-metallic pipes within the structure. A laser pointer is used to indicate the location of the area currently being surveyed and the position of embedded objects such as rebar from the front and side of the exploration device. In preparation for this summer's extreme heat, we have completed a "Heatwave Countermeasure Catalog" that will help improve the working environment in the manufacturing and logistics industries. We have recently started a demonstration experiment aimed at addressing antibiotic-resistant bacteria in dairy farming. Utilizing compost environments, we will examine the impact of using our technology-based aqueous solutions on microbial dynamics. This experiment is being conducted with field cooperation, aiming to establish a new approach that contributes to the realization of a sustainable livestock environment and the reduction of antibiotic usage. In this trial, we will set up a spray group (Group H) and a non-spray group (Group C), and will conduct a time-series comparison before spraying, immediately after spraying, and at 1, 3, 7, 14, 28, and 42 days, as well as at the maturation stage. We will perform sampling from the upper, middle, and lower layers of the compost at a depth of 10 cm, while simultaneously collecting temperature logs (external temperature and two internal compost temperatures) to analyze microbial changes and fermentation status from multiple angles. Based on scientific data, we will pursue a balance between safety and effectiveness, and work towards contributing to the livestock industry.
