Detect abnormal temperatures in the distribution board / Temperature detection sensor for distribution boards

■Overview of Temperature Detection Sensor for Distribution Boards
1. This is a product with a temperature detection sensor (80°C) connected by a cable. It is connected using crimp sleeves or connectors.
2. The temperature detection sensor for the distribution board should be installed in close contact (touch) parallel to the wires of each circuit in the distribution board.
3. The temperature detection sensor for the distribution board should be installed in close contact (touch) with the control devices (such as Mg, S/inverters) and load devices of each circuit in the distribution board.
4. For example, if abnormal temperatures occur due to overload current, equipment failure, or poor wire connections, the temperature detection sensor attached to the wire will detect the abnormal temperature and notify through an alarm or similar device.
6. In this way, abnormal temperatures of the wires and control or load devices in each circuit of the distribution board can be continuously monitored, allowing for early detection and initial response to prevent equipment damage or fire. Maintenance management can be performed reliably and safely.
[Note 1]: The temperature detection sensor is integrated with a shape memory alloy combined with the wire, utilizing the softening of the wire and the recovery of the shape memory alloy to create a short circuit (contact) between the two wire cores, thereby detecting the maximum allowable temperature and generating a signal. The set temperature corresponds to the maximum allowable temperature of the wire (80°C).
