Delivery re-delivery issues? Design concerns? A book that leads you to solutions for problems and worries related to delivery boxes!

Anyone can use it easily! Just break the passcode and turn the knob to lock it.

While delivery boxes are rapidly becoming popular, troubles related to their operation methods are also increasing. Our dial lock for delivery boxes, the "L-353," allows you to complete the locking process simply by grabbing and turning the main unit, thus resolving issues such as "the operation method is complicated and unclear" and "incorrect notification of the passcode." The "L-353" is a dial lock that simplifies the operational steps for delivery personnel to reduce troubles. The recipient sets a passcode to unlock the box and keeps the door closed while the passcode is in a scrambled state. Unlike regular dial locks, which become inoperable when the numbers are scrambled, the "L-353" can still be operated even when the numbers are scrambled, and locking occurs when the main unit is turned. Delivery personnel can simply place the package inside and turn the main unit to complete the locking process, eliminating the need for passcode setup or notification. Additionally, when the recipient scrambles the passcode, the "0 Stop Function" allows them to easily align it back to "000," preventing the scrambled numbers from being guessed.

Joe Prince's L-306 cam lock with a key is a popular product due to its simple operation method: unlock with a key and just turn the knob to lock when the door is closed. It also features an emergency unlocking function to prevent lock-ins, allowing the door to be opened from the inside even when locked. Additionally, its black color is well-received for its aesthetic appeal. However, there is one issue with the popular L-306... When installed in places like sports gyms or public bath lockers, the right-hand version can cause the door to hit the wall of the locker depending on the location. To solve this problem, the left-hand version of the L-306 has been introduced! Now you can choose between right-hand and left-hand versions to suit your installation location. ★POINT★ ● Compatible with both right-hand and left-hand configurations ● One-action lock that automatically locks with just a turn of the knob ● Emergency unlocking function allows unlocking from the inside ● Cylinder-only replacement is possible

Japan is one of the top 10 countries in the world with frequent earthquakes. The 2020 White Paper on Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism has also reported an increase in the probability of major earthquakes occurring. Regarding the Nankai Trough earthquake, the probability of an earthquake with a magnitude of 8 to 9 occurring within the next 30 years is estimated to be 70 to 80%. At Hotron, we recommend the introduction of seismic devices for earthquake countermeasures in buildings and equipment. The seismic device 'HK-2' is a product that automatically performs various controls that have been pre-set when it detects strong shaking equivalent to a seismic intensity of 5 lower or higher. For example, it can automatically execute actions such as: "Open automatic doors and gates to secure evacuation routes and access for emergency vehicles" "Transmit signals to the control room and stop facility equipment" "Unlock the keys to locked lockers" "Automatically play voice guidance" For more details, please download the materials or contact us.

PERI products are used at construction sites around the world. This time, we would like to introduce the construction work of the "Dunajec Road Bridge" spanning the Dunajec River in the town of Nowy Targ in southern Poland. The road bridge was planned to be constructed using a balanced cantilever method, dividing the cantilever beams starting from each pier into 10 segments. A particular concern was to strictly adhere to the concrete pouring cycle for each segment. To achieve this, a balanced cantilever carriage (VBC) equipped with a hydraulic advance system and an automatic formwork stripping function was adopted. By utilizing the VBC, it became possible to pour concrete for segments up to a maximum length of 5 meters in a single cycle, allowing for efficient and timely construction. PERI products: 1.
