【FerRobotics】Finally, the International Robot Exhibition starts next week! We will showcase multiple types of robotic systems for polishing automation solutions that make what was previously considered impossible possible, in West Hall 3!

Our unique technology (Autonomous Contact Force Correction Technology (ACT)) enables end effectors to achieve robotic automation of skilled tasks such as polishing and grinding, which were previously deemed impossible, while shortening cycle times and ensuring high-quality finishes. In response to variations in workpiece dimensions and other changes in the processing target, the system autonomously corrects the contact force instantaneously, allowing for processing with uniform contact force. Gravity compensation is also performed autonomously, applying uniform contact force regardless of angle, and maintaining consistent finishing quality even for workpieces with R shapes through easy settings. Additionally, due to the high correction speed, the contact force can be kept constant even when increasing the robot's trajectory speed, achieving a reduction in cycle time.
