The end effector using our unique technology (Autonomous Contact Force Correction Technology (ACT)) has achieved the automation of skilled tasks such as polishing and grinding, which were previously considered impossible, while shortening cycle times and ensuring high-quality finishes. In response to variations in workpiece dimensions and other changes in the processing target, it autonomously corrects the contact force instantly, enabling processing with uniform contact force. Gravity correction is also performed autonomously, applying uniform contact force regardless of angle, and maintaining consistent finishing quality even for workpieces with R shapes with simple settings. Additionally, due to the high correction speed, even when the robot's trajectory speed is increased, the contact force can be kept constant, allowing for processing and achieving reduced cycle times.
