In response to variations in workpiece dimensions and other changes in the processing target, it autonomously corrects the contact force instantly, ensuring uniform processing with consistent contact force. Gravity compensation is also performed autonomously, applying uniform contact force regardless of angle, and easily maintaining finishing quality for workpieces with R shapes and more.
