Power 2023 IT Solutions Provider Customer Satisfaction Survey SM," conducted by J.D. Power Japan, an international expert organization in customer satisfaction research and consulting (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Koji Yamamoto; Abbreviation: J.D. Power). This time, we received the highest rating in the three factors of "Sales Response," "System Quality," and "Cost."
This survey is conducted annually by J.D. Power, targeting companies nationwide to clarify the usage, experiences, and satisfaction levels regarding information system implementation and construction providers. It establishes five factors that influence overall customer satisfaction ("Sales Response," "System Quality," "Cost," "Implementation/Construction Support," and "Incident/Trouble Response") and calculates the overall satisfaction score based on user evaluations of detailed assessment items for each factor.
