At Sakura Buirin Gakuen, we have launched the "Student Data Centralization Project" aimed at data-driven educational management. We expanded the use of data to student recruitment and attempted to visualize the behavior of prospective students on our website, enabling us to evaluate the effectiveness of measures that were previously difficult to measure. However, in an environment lacking specialized personnel, staff members spent a lot of time on data collection and analysis, resulting in a situation where insights leading to the next measures could not be found.
