[Exhibition Participation Information] Information on Exhibited Products at the 25th Automatic Recognition Comprehensive Exhibition

~Achieving business DX through RFID and IT solutions~ Thank you for visiting. You can view the brochures of the exhibited products.

Introduction of Main Exhibited Products ■ RFID × IoT Data Service 'RFID Work Performance Collection System' [Reference Exhibit] Being autonomous, it does not require a control PC or software development for both HF and UHF bands. As long as there is an internet environment, it can simply be placed to send IC tag data to the cloud via MQTT for data collection. The collected data can be visualized with a dashboard function, achieving "visualization of work performance." ■ Ideal for Outgoing Management/Entry and Exit Management 'UHF Band Gate Antenna System' [NEW] Equipped with a unique moving tag detection function and an infrared sensor to prevent false detection (patent pending), it is optimal for detecting passing tags. With omnidirectional reading and long-range communication, it can be utilized for outgoing management and entry/exit management in various settings such as commercial facilities like stores, libraries, medical sites, and offices. ■ Real-time Monitoring of Drawings, Wafer Transport Containers, Equipment, etc. 'Shelf Antenna System' Real-time monitoring of the location, inventory status, and movement status of managed items. A demonstration was conducted in combination with middleware that is optimal for continuous monitoring.

RFID Utilization Project Progress and Achievement Collection System

Real-time understanding of changes in project status! From now on, just placing it will complete the input of achievements.

We introduce the "RFID Utilization Process Progress and Achievement Collection System," which automatically collects achievement information simply by placing or removing various cards on terminals set up in the workspace. Cards can be stacked up to 20 and still be read, and when leaving the workspace, you only need to remove the cards. This allows for real-time monitoring of changes in process status. Additionally, the RFID reader/writer with an LCD touch panel suitable for IoT edge devices operates in standalone mode, eliminating the need for a PC installation. It uses a web server function to directly control the reader/writer from a browser. 【Features】 ■ Cards can be stacked up to 20 and still be read ■ Only need to remove the cards when leaving the workspace ■ Flexible usage - Convenient tray type or slim stand type that takes up little space - The terminal's LCD screen allows for error display and direct input of achievements *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

RFID Asset Management System

Functions specialized for borrowing and returning operations are templated. IC tags are attached to managed items, enabling borrowing, returning, and inventory checks using RFID.

This is a management system for tracking items using IC tags. It reliably records the history of borrowing and returning items, preventing omissions and errors in ledger entries, and supports the early detection of forgotten returns and losses. Additionally, it enables efficient inventory checks through bulk reading with RFID handheld devices. Common issues that arise in traditional borrowing management tasks include: ♦ Handwriting or Excel input into the ledger The process of entering information into the ledger or Excel during borrowing and returning is cumbersome, leading to discrepancies due to entry errors. ♦ Individual confirmation during inventory checks It is necessary to take items out of boxes or shelves one by one for confirmation, which consumes a significant amount of time for inventory tasks. ♦ Management through ledgers Due to management with paper or Excel ledgers, it is not possible to detect unreturned items or losses early and respond quickly. This system addresses these challenges.

UHF band RFID constant monitoring middleware

Easily achieve constant monitoring with RFID! It enables real-time understanding of the inventory status and movement of managed items.

This is middleware for easily implementing a "constant monitoring RFID system" that automatically acquires the inventory and movement status of managed items. ■ Advanced Event Processing It processes the read IC tag data and databases the "inventory information" and "movement information" necessary for constant monitoring. ■ Easy Data Utilization The collected information is stored in a database, allowing users to easily access the necessary information whenever needed. (Database: PostgreSQL) ■ Centralized Management of Reader/Writers It supports multiple readers and multiple antennas, centrally managing various settings related to the reader/writer. The configuration of the readers and reading settings can also be easily performed from the screen.

RFID Inventory Management Plugin Package

The existing system remains unchanged! You can easily implement inventory inspection for inbound and outbound using RFID.

Attach IC tags to managed items and realize the collection of inbound and outbound inventory data using RFID. This package absorbs the challenges of reader-writer control in building an RFID system, eliminating the need for RFID development on the customer side. It integrates with upper systems via CSV or API, allowing for the introduction of RFID into existing WMS or core systems in a plug-in manner. This is a simple and easy-to-understand package specifically designed for RFID data collection. **Features** ■ Bulk Reading The bulk reading feature of RFID significantly improves the efficiency of inbound and outbound inventory operations. Additionally, operations can be tailored to the customer's environment and business needs, whether using handheld devices or gates. ■ IC Tag Issuance The package includes an IC tag issuance function using RFID-compatible label printers. Even if IC tags cannot be attached at the manufacturing (sourcing) stage, they can be issued in-house. ■ Integration with Upper Systems It integrates with upper systems via API or CSV. Existing systems can remain unchanged while introducing the RFID system in a plug-in manner.

Wireless Product Monitoring System Wi-dimo

A groundbreaking product monitoring system unlike any before.

Conventional self-sounding tags respond (issue an alarm) when they receive signals from security gates installed at store entrances and exits. This Wi-dimo uses a "reverse thinking" approach, where the self-sounding tag issues an alarm when it moves away from the signal area. (When the self-sounding tag is returned to the signal area, the alarm automatically stops.) As a result, it is now possible to monitor display items that were previously secured with wires wirelessly, and to make tags that only reacted at the final exit issue alarms inside the store, allowing for smoother customer engagement.

Towards an Era Where the Environmental Value of Products Becomes a Competitive Advantage - From CFP Calculation to Environmental Labeling, CBAM Compliance, and ISCC Certification.

  • NEW
  • SEMINAR_EVENT

Decarbonization is currently shifting its positioning from "cost management" to "enhancing competitiveness," and we are entering an era where mere regulatory compliance is no longer sufficient. With the strengthening of sustainability labeling regulations and the EU's Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM), the environmental value of products has transcended corporate responsibility and become a crucial element in market competition. On the other hand, many companies are facing challenges such as: - The complexity of CFP calculation and environmental labeling requirements makes it difficult to know how to proceed. - How to balance regulatory compliance with enhancing competitiveness (differentiation). - Difficulty in prioritizing ISCC certification and CBAM compliance. In this seminar, we will invite Wastebox Co., Ltd., which has extensive consulting experience in the environmental field, to introduce ideas and specific examples on how to connect responses to decarbonization and the circular economy to business growth from both "offensive" and "defensive" perspectives. ■ Part 1: "Understanding the Environmental Value of Products from Offensive and Defensive Perspectives: How to Leverage Decarbonization and the Circular Economy for Differentiation and Regulatory Compliance" ■ Part 2: "Why Are We Entering an Era of Product Environmental Value Now? (Tentative Title)" ■ Part 3: "Introduction of Services Supporting the Reliability of Product Environmental Value"
