We received an order for the pre-use self-inspection test of electrical installations for small-scale businesses.

In the revised Electricity Business Act of March 2023, new obligations have been imposed regarding solar power plants with an output of 10 kW or more but less than 50 kW, including "technical standard compliance obligations," "reporting of equipment information," and "pre-use self-confirmation tests." The key point of this revision is that, with the spread of renewable energy such as solar power plants, poor construction practices by substandard contractors have become prominent, leading to an increase in damage to small solar power plants due to natural disasters, among other issues. Therefore, it has become necessary to verify the design phase concerning the structure of piles, foundations, and mounting frames through pre-use self-confirmation tests.
Our company has recently received an order for the "pre-use self-confirmation test" for small-scale business electrical installations, marking the first such order since the revision of the Electricity Business Act, and we have successfully completed the work.
