During this tour, we will introduce the following equipment owned by our company: - Motion capture (displacement detection using special camera images) - Laser displacement meter - Seismometer - 20ft container for transportation vibration testing - Testing video recording system In addition, we plan to showcase various demonstration vibrations as described below. 【Demonstration Vibration Content (Proposal)】 - Demo Vibration 1: Resonance Point Exploration Sine wave sweep, random vibration - Demo Vibration 2: Actual Earthquake Waves Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake, Niigata Chuetsu Earthquake, Great East Japan Earthquake - Demo Vibration 3: Artificial Earthquake Waves NEBS Zone 4, NTT Docomo R12 - Demo Vibration 4: Transportation Vibration Standards JIS Z 0232 Z direction - Demo Vibration 5: Transportation Vibration Reproduction Metropolitan Expressway trailer, North American double-stack train, automobile transport ship rolling - Demo Vibration 6: Others Shock wave horizontal 2G, vertical 3G Sine wave vibration in inclined state (inclination angle 12 degrees) Rolling test (maximum inclination ±18 degrees) Additionally, we can provide vibration testing of test specimens using demonstration vibrations for one company on a first-come, first-served basis, and we also welcome other companies in the same industry under the condition of mutual visits. At the Japan Marine Science Yokohama Lab (Isogo Ward, Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture), we contribute to the examination of optimal loading methods for transported cargo and the investigation of damage causes by reproducing the vibrations and motions that cargo encounters during transport for testing. *Due to a company split, the demonstration testing business utilizing the vibration table of MTI Co., Ltd. has been succeeded to Japan Marine Science Co., Ltd. as of April 1, 2022. We have established a system to conduct vibration tests that meet the newly added standards applicable to IBC containers for storing liquid hazardous materials manufactured, repaired, or modified after January 1, 2011. Seismic testing, vibration testing (large-scale three-dimensional vibration testing)

The largest large-scale shaking table in the country can reproduce seismic motions, such as those from the Great East Japan Earthquake, that are difficult for other companies to replicate with 100% accuracy! In addition to seismic resistance testing, transportation testing can also be conducted.

The Japan Oceanographic Science YOKOHAMA LAB (Isogo Ward, Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture) conducts commissioned vibration tests, including the reproduction of various seismic waveforms such as those from the Great East Japan Earthquake. It provides data necessary for strength calculation verification of products requiring seismic performance, including acceleration response spectra, acceleration time histories, displacements, and resonance points, enabling advanced evaluation tests. *Note: Due to a company split, the vibration table business of MTI Co., Ltd. was succeeded by Japan Oceanographic Science Co., Ltd. in April 2022. The shaking table is large, measuring 2.6×6.2m, and can perform 2-hour vibrations with minimal waiting time for multiple vibrations (with a maximum of 123 vibrations per day in the past). It also accommodates real transport vibrations from trailers, railways, and ships, as well as transportation vibration tests according to JIS and ASTM standards.
