FerRobotics' Active Compliant Technology automatically corrects the "difference" in contact pressure (force) that occurs during polishing and grinding processes, which require skilled techniques, at high speed. This technology enables consistent polishing and grinding at the set contact pressure, unaffected by variations in processing speed or gravitational load differences due to angles.
Our technology allows for increased speed along the paths of devices and robots, thereby enhancing processing speed and improving cycle time. Additionally, in robotic polishing and grinding, the control of contact pressure is achieved through the expansion and contraction of the ACF itself, eliminating the need to move the heavy robotic arm for correction, which further assists in improving the processing speed of robotic polishing. Furthermore, the tool load affected by gravity changes due to the robot's angle is automatically corrected, ensuring a consistent contact pressure from any angle and enabling a finish without processing inconsistencies.
