The commercial alkaline battery series has been released from Faltamicrobattery. It is a series of five types of alkaline batteries.

In the European market, there are standard consumer-oriented VARTA batteries, but a new VARTA INDUSTRIAL PRO series has been released for industrial use. Compared to the consumer versions, the capacity and shelf life have been extended. The packaging design has also been revamped, and we proudly introduce this reliable Made in Germany product. A button-type cell that generates hydrogen gas. It does not require an external power source and produces high-purity hydrogen. The amount of hydrogen generated is proportional to the discharge current (inversely proportional to the load resistance), and it can be used as an actuator based on hydrogen gas pressure for a wide range of temperatures, including applications for extruding liquids, gels, and pastes (such as oil dispensers), automatic feeding, air fresheners, and more. Additionally, there are expectations for future medical applications, such as drug delivery systems.
