The fiber recycling board "PANECO," developed by Work Studio Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku, Tokyo; President: Kazuhiro Hara) and sold by Moririn Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Ichinomiya, Aichi; President: Shunsuke Mori), has successfully completed mass production testing of the fiber recycling board "PANECO board" using an MDF (medium-density fiberboard) manufacturing line, with technical cooperation from Hokushin Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kishiwada, Osaka; President: Hideaki Takahashi), marking the world's first success in this area.
"PANECO board V" is a mass production version of the fiber recycling board "PANECO board," which, like MDF made from wood fibers, is created by thermosetting discarded clothing fibers (patented technology). It is developed with the aim of being a fully-fledged environmentally friendly building material for social implementation.
Using an MDF manufacturing line to mass-produce recycling boards from discarded clothing fibers is a world-first attempt.
