Flush doors typically have minimal protrusions, but when hardware such as hinges, door checks, or peepholes are added, they can create uneven surfaces where dust can accumulate. In a cleanroom, even slight protrusions can disrupt airflow. The full flat door minimizes these irregularities as much as possible, maintaining a clean environment that is easy to clean while being mindful of GMP standards. The double-glazed peephole*1 is frameless and flat, and the hinges and door checks are integrated into the door itself*2, ensuring a flat surface. Additionally, the standard aluminum outer frame has the same thickness as the door itself, making it flat. Only the handle for opening and the lock for securing*3 are exposed; everything else from the frame to the door is truly “full flat.” This door retains the lightweight opening and closing feature and excellent airtightness characteristic of cleanroom doors while pursuing ease of cleaning and prevention of airflow disruption, representing the ultimate form of cleanroom doors. *1 The window is optional. *2 It can also be changed to an auto hinge as an option (it will be exposed). *3 The lock is optional.

This is an option box used when you want to unlock one or two pairs of doors with interlock using card readers, keypads, fingerprint verification, etc. It is used in conjunction with the interlock control panels ISI-2, ISI-4, 8, 16, and 32. ■ Compact and smart appearance ■ Compatible with both powered locking and powered unlocking electric locks * * Powered unlocking electric locks can only be used for doors that are unlocked through verification. The ISI-L cannot be used alone. It must be used in conjunction with the ISI series. By adding the standby locking option "ISI-L2" to the interlock control panel "ISI series," it becomes possible to change the control of two pairs of electric lock doors per unit to be managed by card readers or biometric authentication. * When applying interlock, it is necessary to have a device that sends some locking signal, such as a card reader or "unlock button," on the exit side of the door as well.

This time, as a follow-up to "The Effects and Design Considerations of Shield Tunnels in Proximity and Adjacent Situations - Part 1," which was published in July, we will have a lecture by Professor Noriyuki Horiuchi from Kokushikan University. In "Part 1," we explained the phenomena of the effects caused by proximity and adjacent shield tunnels, using examples of left-right adjacency and passing beneath existing tunnels, as well as the basic concepts of numerical evaluation. In "Part 2," we will focus on the vertical adjacency of large-section shields. We will introduce analytical methods for numerically evaluating the impact on existing tunnels, surrounding ground, and existing underground structures, using actual site measurement data and FEM sequential excavation analysis, specifically in cases where large-section shields are constructed above or below existing tunnels. In this seminar, we will focus on the features of experimental design, specifically the sample size explorer and Bayesian optimization, and demonstrate examples of their application in the manufacturing industry. 【Overview】 First half: Utilization of t-tests in the manufacturing industry and simulation of required data numbers We will explain the overview and examples of t-tests, which are used for various purposes in the manufacturing industry, and present analysis examples using JMP.
