シーメット シーメット 本社
Our company exhibited at the "Next Generation 3D Printer Exhibition (Japan Manufacturing World)" held at Tokyo Big Sight (Tokyo International Exhibition Center). Over the three days, we had a successful turnout with many visitors, providing a great opportunity to generate interest in our products through the display of the CSLA-9000, which boasts the largest build size in our history, as well as models of the low-cost photopolymer resin TSR-851/TSR-852, which is priced inexpensively compared to material costs, and the actual display of the large industrial photopolymerization device CSLA-9000. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all the customers who visited our CMET booth despite their busy schedules, as well as to all the stakeholders who supported us. ◆◆◆ Exhibition Details ◆◆◆ 1. Actual display of the large photopolymerization device "CSLA-9000" 2. Introduction of the latest photopolymerization development materials Competing on Japanese quality and cost performance! Focusing on basic performance with TSR-851/TSR-852 3. Introduction of the latest sand mold development materials Proposals and consultation sessions centered around case studies from our sand mold 3DP users 4. Actual display of the hot lithography method "Caligma" The first domestic presentation in Japan of the hot lithography method, which is utilized as a component in Europe.

Reduce lead time and costs for sand casting with a 3D printer for casting.

There is not much difference between 3D printers for casting and traditional casting methods using basic wooden patterns. Why not take the first step in utilizing them together with our company?

A 3D printer for casting is a modeling method that imports 3D data created with CAD, etc., into a 3D printer to directly shape sand molds (cores, main molds, etc.). It is often referred to as a mold 3D printer or core molding machine, and it can shorten the lead time for the production of wooden or resin molds needed for complex shapes, as well as for sand packing and mold assembly before casting. Rather than relying solely on 3D printers, we recommend a hybrid operation that leverages the advantages of existing methods, the benefits of 3D printing, and your company's strengths and weaknesses by combining existing methods with 3D printing. **Features of Utilizing 3D Data and 3D Printers:** - It is possible to create casting 3D data by 3D scanning the product shape even without wooden molds. - For complex-shaped cores, many wooden molds are not necessary. → This allows for reduced lead times for wooden mold manufacturing, lower management and storage costs, and shortened assembly time and labor for cores. - Since 3D data is output, there is less variation, and the imbalance in cast products is also reduced. - 3D data can be used not only for modeling but also for verifying products against drawings. - 3D data can also be utilized for casting simulations and other applications. Why not try using a 3D printer this year? We will support you from data creation onward.

Controlling individual "variability" and enhancing the quality of evidence in clinical trial approaches - Next-generation functional food research guided by genomic information.

[IMEC RD Co-hosted Seminar] Controlling Individual "Variability" to Enhance the Quality of Evidence in Clinical Trial Approaches - Next-Generation Food Functionality Research Guided by Genomic Information

  • NEW
  • SEMINAR_EVENT

How to increase the "success rate" of clinical trials in functional food research? This is a theme that many researchers and companies are facing now that the functional food labeling system has become established. In fact, many may have experienced situations such as "the effects were not as significant as expected," "individual differences were so large that the effects were obscured," or "despite conducting clinical trials, we did not reach the notification stage." Issues such as suboptimal trial design and insufficient control of diversity within the group have led to an inability to capture the potential of the materials. Such challenges are repeatedly encountered in the field. How to control this individual diversity = "potential variability"? In recent years, one of the keys that has garnered attention is "clinical trial design that takes genetic background into account." In this seminar, we will introduce a practical approach to "next-generation functional food research considering genetic background," which combines the genomic analysis technology of GeneQuest Inc. and the clinical research design expertise of Imech RD Inc.
