We are pleased to announce the launch of our new product, "Astro Gear 304 Plus," as part of our environmentally friendly product series, NIKKEN <GEAR-SHIFT> SERIES.
Many troubles in offset printing are caused by excessive emulsification due to the balance between dampening water and ink. In various printing conditions, such as special inks and papers, it can be difficult to avoid excessive emulsification with materials other than dampening solutions. We have designed this product to ensure water width even in challenging printing situations, thanks to its unprecedented emulsification suppression effect. It is a UV and oil-based dampening solution that combines hydrophilicity of the water stick and calcium crystallization suppression effects.
