[New Construction Case] Pond Dredging Work

Efficient transportation of large amounts of deposited soil! A case where deposited soil was improved, and primary transportation was carried out using a roller dump within the reservoir, followed by secondary transportation to a temporary storage site several kilometers away using dump trucks.

This construction project involves dredging the sediment from a reservoir. At the same site, the accumulation of sediment in the reservoir had reduced its water storage capacity, causing issues. However, the high moisture content of the sediment made it difficult to transport using dump trucks. Therefore, a high moisture content sediment improvement agent, MT-2, which is neutral and allows for immediate transport from the site, was adopted. The original sediment was improved with this product, and after primary transportation within the site using a crawler dump truck, the treated soil was transported to a temporary storage area several kilometers away using dump trucks. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

This is a report that seeks to determine the amount and cost of additives that enable the immediate transportation of mud generated from agricultural ponds.

This document is an example report of a mixing test conducted by our company on mud generated from a reservoir. We have measured the amount of the high-water-content mud improvement agent MT series that can be immediately transported and compared costs with cement and lime. PERI is supporting the expansion of one of Europe's largest biofuel refineries by providing innovative scaffolding solutions. This helps meet Europe's high safety standards, achieve efficient processes, and significantly contribute to the decarbonization of air transport. As part of the Rotterdam Capacity Growth (RDCG) project, one of Europe's largest biofuel refineries is under construction. In preparation for this summer's extreme heat, we have completed a "Heatwave Countermeasure Catalog" that will help improve the working environment in the manufacturing and logistics industries. The catalog includes a wide range of products for facility improvements, such as fireproof certified heat-shielding sheets that cut radiant heat by 97%, heat-shielding curtains, roof and window countermeasure products, and fans suitable for large spaces, as well as black globe thermometers that can measure WBGT, wearable alert bands, mobile cooling shelters, and fan-equipped work clothing. We have consolidated measures for "building countermeasures," "work space countermeasures," and "personal countermeasures" into one volume. It can also be used as reference material for discussions in safety and health committees. We have recently started a demonstration experiment aimed at addressing antibiotic-resistant bacteria in dairy farming. Utilizing compost environments, we will examine the impact of using our technology-based aqueous solutions on microbial dynamics. This experiment is being conducted with field cooperation, aiming to establish a new approach that contributes to the realization of a sustainable livestock environment and the reduction of antibiotic usage. In this trial, we will set up a spray group (Group H) and a non-spray group (Group C), and will conduct a time-series comparison before spraying, immediately after spraying, and at 1, 3, 7, 14, 28, and 42 days, as well as at the maturation stage. We will perform sampling from the upper, middle, and lower layers of the compost at a depth of 10 cm, while simultaneously collecting temperature logs (external temperature and two internal compost temperatures) to analyze microbial changes and fermentation status from multiple angles. Based on scientific data, we will pursue a balance between safety and effectiveness, and work towards contributing to the livestock industry.
