3D printing "PBF (Powder Bed Fusion)"

Achieving 3D printing with PPS material, which excels in strength, heat resistance, and dimensional stability! It is particularly suitable for hollow structure fabrication.

Our 3D printing 'PBF' uses TreMill PPS, a PPS resin microparticle with suitable fluidity and polymer characteristics for the powder bed fusion method, thanks to Toray Industries, Inc.'s unique polymer design technology. It is also possible to select heat-resistant and strength-enhanced materials, such as those containing carbon fiber or glass fiber.
