"Roller Fresh" has been designed to improve ink solubility by increasing the proportion of solvent components and keeping viscosity low, resulting in better doctor blade performance. During the color change cleaning of ink rollers, hydrophilic substances such as paper dust and dampening solution components, other than ink, remain on the roller, preventing ink adhesion.
