Wagon-type sterilization device Weraser Shizuku

Steripower (hypochlorous acid aqueous solution) is used. It is sprayed in a mist form of 7μm with a special nozzle. The micro-particles float in the air for a long time, enhancing the disinfection effect!

The droplet sprays sterilizing power (hypochlorous acid aqueous solution) from a movable dome, creating a safe space that has been disinfected. The main body features a stable trapezoidal wagon style that excels in functionality. Thanks to a special nozzle, the chemical solution is atomized into a mist of 7μm, allowing micro-particles to remain suspended in the air for an extended period, enhancing the disinfection effect. The adjustable dome allows for angle adjustments of the nozzle, enabling changes to the spray angle of the disinfectant (3 levels). (Note: Nozzle removal is an optional feature.) The intermittent operation function allows for savings on the chemical solution and enables long hours of operation. Equipped with multifunctional features such as deodorizing, air purification, and disinfection! *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Chlorine Dioxide Gas Concentration Measurement Device for Sterilization Equipment Weraser Meter

The command center for space disinfection! Measurement of gas to emission completed in 18 seconds!

The gas in the sterilization room is drawn into the measurement cell, and the ultraviolet light from the ultraviolet light-emitting diode is received by a photodiode. Concentration conversion is performed. Before measuring gas concentration, a zero point measurement is conducted with fresh air, and a light filter is inserted for K-point correction. After these calibrations, the gas concentration is measured. The measured gas is then discharged. This operation can be completed in [18 seconds]! *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Wagon-type sterilization device Weraser Kanade

Wagon-type disinfection device! Releases chlorine dioxide gas at 20 m/s! Quickly diffuses in the space for disinfection. Communicates with a meter via wireless to control gas concentration.

The device generates chlorine dioxide gas from the supplied chlorine dioxide water and releases it from the arch. The supplied chlorine dioxide water is activated by a variable bubbling function to produce chlorine dioxide gas. The concentration of the generated gas is determined by an external measuring device and is released until it reaches the pre-set spatial gas concentration. The device and the measuring instrument are connected via a 2.4GHz radio wave (second-generation low-power data communication system), and the diffusion of chlorine dioxide gas is managed by the intelligent functions of both the device and the measuring instrument to enhance the disinfection effect in the room. After a set exposure time determined by the fumigation time setting function, gas recovery is performed. The rear HEPA filter and activated carbon filter recover and absorb chlorine dioxide gas to below 0.1 ppm. In this recovery mode, dust is also removed, and clean air is released. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.*

Towards an Era Where the Environmental Value of Products Becomes a Competitive Advantage - From CFP Calculation to Environmental Labeling, CBAM Compliance, and ISCC Certification.

  • NEW
  • SEMINAR_EVENT

Decarbonization is currently shifting its positioning from "cost management" to "enhancing competitiveness," and we are entering an era where mere regulatory compliance is no longer sufficient. With the strengthening of sustainability labeling regulations and the EU's Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM), the environmental value of products has transcended corporate responsibility and become a crucial element in market competition. On the other hand, many companies are facing challenges such as: - The complexity of CFP calculation and environmental labeling requirements makes it difficult to know how to proceed. - How to balance regulatory compliance with enhancing competitiveness (differentiation). - Difficulty in prioritizing ISCC certification and CBAM compliance. In this seminar, we will invite Wastebox Co., Ltd., which has extensive consulting experience in the environmental field, to introduce ideas and specific examples on how to connect responses to decarbonization and the circular economy to business growth from both "offensive" and "defensive" perspectives. ■ Part 1: "Understanding the Environmental Value of Products from Offensive and Defensive Perspectives: How to Leverage Decarbonization and the Circular Economy for Differentiation and Regulatory Compliance" ■ Part 2: "Why Are We Entering an Era of Product Environmental Value Now? (Tentative Title)" ■ Part 3: "Introduction of Services Supporting the Reliability of Product Environmental Value"
