Achieving lower costs than cutting processes! The production of three-dimensional products using PEEK (polyether ether ketone) is realized with a 3D printer!

In the production of three-dimensional products using PEEK (polyether ether ketone), injection molding is the mainstream method for large lots, while machining is predominant for small lots. For three-dimensional products made of PEEK, we have started contract processing using FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) 3D printers with PEEK filaments manufactured by our company. This significantly reduces waste and allows for cost reduction. Our company has introduced 3D printers and primarily offers products related to extrusion molding from design to mass production. We received a request for airtight pieces for building components.
