Our company will be exhibiting at the "4th Kansai Next-Generation 3D Printer Exhibition" within the Kansai Monozukuri World 2022, held at Intex Osaka from October 5 (Wednesday) to 7 (Friday), 2022. At the exhibition, we will demonstrate the world's first silicone 3D printer, the "innovatiQ LiQ320," along with displays of the samples produced. We will also showcase the special soft filament "HP Filament (Super Flexible Type)," which achieves unprecedented flexibility with MEX method 3D printers, as well as the actual machines and samples from our range of MEX method and high-resolution LCD method photopolymerization 3D printers, the "SmaPri Sonic Series." Additionally, we will provide information on the next-generation engineering software "nTopology," which is effective for DfAM. Our booth will be located in Hall 2, booth number "6-56." As a COVID-19 infection prevention measure, all staff will wear masks and conduct frequent disinfection. We look forward to your visit.

Contract processing of PEEK 3D printed products *For small lots of PEEK!

Achieving lower costs than cutting processes! The production of three-dimensional products using PEEK (polyether ether ketone) is realized with a 3D printer!

In the production of three-dimensional products using PEEK (polyether ether ketone), injection molding is the mainstream method for large lots, while machining is predominant for small lots. For three-dimensional products made of PEEK, we have started contract processing using FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) 3D printers with PEEK filaments manufactured by our company. This significantly reduces waste and allows for cost reduction. Additionally, with 3D printing, it is possible to create hollow or honeycomb structures internally, enabling material cost reduction and weight savings compared to machining, which can only produce solid forms. 【Features】 - Weight Reduction: It is possible to achieve weight savings by creating hollow or honeycomb structures! - Cost Efficiency: There is no material waste from machining, making it cost-effective! - Precision: Production is possible at the intermediate level of JISB0405! (Consultation required) - Innovation: Production using the FDM method allows for shapes that cannot be achieved through machining! *Please inquire as there may be limitations based on the shape. *If we are unable to produce after receiving an order, we will not charge for the costs incurred. For more details, please download the catalog or contact us directly.

Case Study of 3D Printer Utilization (6): Example of Cost Reduction in Mass Production

Proposal for problem-solving with the introduction of 3D printers! Introducing examples of cost reduction in mass production.

Our company has introduced 3D printers and primarily offers products related to extrusion molding from design to mass production. We received a request for airtight pieces for building components. Due to the small lot size, it was difficult to amortize the investment in molds, so we proposed a method of creating a simple mold using polylactic acid, filling it with room-temperature curing silicone rubber, and allowing it to cure. 【Case Study】 ■ Material: Silicone Rubber ■ Initial Investment Amount (Press Mold Cost): ¥150,000 ■ Product Cost: ¥1,000 (for a lot of 5) ↓ 《Creating a mold frame with a 3D printer and molding room-temperature curing silicone》 ↓ ↓ ■ Material: Mold: Polylactic Acid, Product: Silicone Rubber ■ Prototyping Cost: Mold: ¥15,000, Product: ¥1,000 (for a lot of 5) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Case Study of 3D Printer Utilization (5): Example of Cost Reduction in Prototyping

Proposal for problem-solving with the introduction of 3D printers! Introducing examples of cost reduction in prototyping.

Our company has introduced 3D printers and primarily offers products related to extrusion molding from design to mass production. We received a request for machine parts. The instruction was for a gel gasket, but to check the fit, we created a rigid part approximately 20mm in length using polylactic acid and attached a separately made gel for prototyping. 【Case Study】 ■ Material 1: Gel gasket (PP + gel), 2: PP ■ Initial investment amount (extrusion mold cost): ¥530,000- ↓ 《Created the insertion part and fitting part with a 3D printer, and made the HOTTY gel separately to attach》 ↓ ↓ ■ Material 1: Polylactic acid + HOTTY gel, 2: Polylactic acid ■ Prototyping cost: ¥90,000- *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Case Study of 3D Printer Utilization (4): Example of Cost Reduction in Prototyping

Proposal for problem-solving with the introduction of 3D printers! Introducing examples of prototype cost reduction.

Our company has introduced 3D printers and primarily offers products related to extrusion molding from design to mass production. We received a request for a water-stopping material for bathroom components. We proposed a shape that is easy to extrude, created a mold using polylactic acid, and injected room-temperature curing silicone. We created an extrusion sample of approximately 150mm in length and proposed the corner conformity. [Case Study] ■ Material: EPDM Sponge ■ Initial investment (extrusion mold cost): ¥60,000 ↓ 《Created a mold with a 3D printer and formed room-temperature curing silicone》 ↓ ↓ ■ Material: Polylactic Acid + Silicone Rubber ■ Prototype cost: ¥10,000 *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[3D Printer Utilization Case Study (3)] Improvement of Inspection Efficiency and Standardization of Inspection Levels

Proposal for problem-solving with the introduction of 3D printers! Examples of improved inspection efficiency and standardized inspection levels.

Our company has introduced 3D printers and primarily offers products related to extrusion molding from design to mass production. For products that we have received orders for in mass production, we propose inspection jigs to improve inspection efficiency and standardize the inspection level between both companies. We have received very positive feedback for the ease of inspection, and we are currently utilizing this approach. We created blocks using a 3D printer and assembled them to enhance usability. [Case Study] ■ Material: Polylactic Acid ■ Proposal for inspection jigs ■ Blocks created with a 3D printer *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

December 24 (Wednesday) 13:00-14:00 | From AI introduction to company-wide deployment: Revealing the "model for implementation projects" that allows you to act without hesitation!

  • SEMINAR_EVENT

"Where should we start with AI implementation, and how can we expand it company-wide?" The reason for the slow progress in AI implementation is not the tools themselves. The key lies in project design that encompasses everything from creating guidelines to establishing a promotion system and turning success stories into models. In this webinar, we will systematically explain the types of AI implementation projects that successful companies practice to overcome the "zero-to-one barrier" and the "utilization promotion barrier." Both companies that have not yet implemented AI and those that are stagnating in their utilization will gain clarity on their respective starting points and take home actionable "answers at the action level" that can be executed starting tomorrow in just 60 minutes. Recommended for those facing the following challenges: This webinar is ideal for individuals in departments at the level of section chief or higher who want to promote AI implementation as a project. Companies that do not know how to "start" AI implementation (zero-to-one stage) Companies that have implemented generative AI but are experiencing stagnation in its utilization Companies lacking a driving force or where the initiative is not moving forward, struggling with individualization and the lack of established training Companies that are looking to expand company-wide but are unclear on how to horizontally deploy Companies considering the introduction of AI training (especially in the pre-approval stage)
