This is an insulating thermal grease/gap filler that uses in-house manufactured materials such as urethane resin and composite oxide-based thermal fillers. Tailored for low thermal resistance, it employs resin synthesis and dispersion processing technologies developed over many years, resulting in a thermally conductive resin paste that combines low hardness and high adhesion, taking advantage of urethane properties. Since it does not contain low molecular siloxane, there are no concerns about contact failures due to outgassing inside electronic components. Additionally, the thermal filler uses our own soft-type filler, which reduces wear inside the dispenser and contributes to lower running costs of the equipment. By in-house manufacturing the resin and filler, we have also achieved a reduction in the overall product cost.

Replacing the traditional crustacean-derived chitosan, we use chitosan isolated from "mushrooms," achieving a high "natural origin index" and "antibacterial properties," while also possessing "moisturizing" and "film-forming" abilities. This is an ink for PFAS-free reverse printing lamination. It uses a urethane resin called "HPU (hydroxy polyurethane)" as the main binder, which incorporates 10% CO2 in its chemical structure. By utilizing plant-derived components and using CO2 as a raw material, it becomes a carbon recycling ink that contributes to the realization of a carbon-neutral society.

The Dipyroxide #7300 series is an alumina-based composite oxide powder (thermal conductive filler) developed by applying our synthetic technology for composite oxide pigments. By combining alumina with a small amount of several metal oxides, it has a higher thermal conductivity compared to alumina. Additionally, its rounded shape and low hardness reduce wear on molds, molding machines, pumps, and blades or drills used during the processing of molded products, contributing to longer equipment lifespan and prevention of contamination.
