We created the layout to fit the room's design based on the arrangement diagram. We also carefully considered the size and shape of the sports lockers to achieve a layout that allows for more efficient operation. The structure has a two-part depth, and the seats are designed for comfort. The cushion seats are pink, adding a feminine touch. A total of 18 units were delivered (2 locations with 5 connected units and 2 locations with 4 connected units). We manufactured them as custom-made specifications, different from our standard sports locker design.

As a result of discussions since July of last year regarding whether to repair the existing lockers or to manufacture new ones for replacement, it has been decided to replace the lockers in conjunction with the renovation work of the locker room in the stadium, and we received an order for new production. In response to the customer's requests, we manufactured the lockers with different specifications from our original products, including size, color, pipes, and mesh. We also produced shoe cases separately from the lockers. Our company also handled the delivery and installation work.

[Nara City Konoike Athletics Stadium Project] Located to the east of our company in Higashi-Osaka, just over Mount Ikoma is Nara Prefecture, where the famous Konoike Athletics Stadium is situated. We were responsible for the delivery and installation of the locker rooms. We received an order for a total of 46 player lockers of two types from the construction company for the Konoike Athletics Stadium in Nara City, Nara Prefecture. This is a modified specification of our standard sports lockers. The paint colors were differentiated for male and female lockers, and we successfully received the order after discussions via phone and email.

As a locker for product delivery... We have received requests for implementation from cleaning chain stores. This is our fourth order since 2015. This locker is used for the delivery of cleaning items and features a large window that allows for checking whether items are inside. This time, since it will be used in a slightly smaller space, we have created it with a depth that is 50mm shorter than usual.

To ensure that professional athletes with larger bodies can use it comfortably, we designed it to be larger and more spacious than standard products. The under-seat drawer storage features slide rails with a soft-closing mechanism, making it a product that also takes safety into consideration.

To match the customer's preferences and the atmosphere of the facility, we created a custom color based on the color number specified by the customer from the Japan Paint Manufacturers Association. By color-coding each area for easy identification, the facility has become a brighter space, and the customer was satisfied with the result.

A standard specification fireproof clothing locker used by fire department personnel. This type of fireproof clothing locker features a rotating panel, allowing two firefighters to use one locker. A total of 25 units have been delivered.

We received a request to install sports lockers in the changing room of the sports facility located within the office. We produced and installed bench-type sports lockers from production to delivery. We carefully discussed the size and other details to make the very well-equipped and clean space more user-friendly, and to encourage a feeling of "Let's use it frequently!" Since it was for a large professional rugby player, we increased the standard size of our sports locker (W700×D700) by 50mm, making it W750×D750. Initially, we received an inquiry via email from the president, who sent us the layout drawings of the new office. We considered the dimensions to fit within the space, and ultimately, we were able to make it fit perfectly by using a slightly smaller custom size for one location. Since it was in Mie Prefecture, we handled the delivery and installation ourselves. We were pleased to see that the president and the employees were happy with the result. We delivered and installed 30 fireproof clothing lockers for three shifts as part of the relocation of the comprehensive disaster prevention base in Niihama City, Ehime Prefecture. This was a request from an office equipment trading company that we have been working with for many years. The lockers are designed with a stainless steel base, combined with a body made of SECC (zinc-coated steel), and feature an upper storage compartment. The paint is powder-coated, providing high rust resistance. This time, we worked closely with our own employees, support personnel, and the transportation company to proceed with the installation. We also underwent a final inspection by the fire department and successfully completed the installation work.

It was a large project involving a total of 53 units for a professional baseball team's training facility. These are larger-sized sports lockers measuring 800 in width and 750 in depth. This time, while gathering information in advance, we were able to smoothly carry out the installation work as a team, primarily with our own employees on-site, and in collaboration with the transportation company. Following the instruction that "the acrylic door should be transparent, and the name tag slot should be of just the right size," we manufactured a total of 10 units. It became a custom-made product filled with the customer's preferences, such as creating a drawing with model numbers based on hole positions to ensure that the connection holes are not visible.

We delivered 45 connected sports lockers to the locker room of an adult baseball team in Hyogo Prefecture. The request came from a sports equipment company that found us through our website. We submitted product drawings and a quotation, proposing colors that matched the team colors of black and red. Additionally, we confirmed the layout and delivery route on-site in advance, allowing us to proceed smoothly. The on-site installation was handled by our young employees and was completed in one day. We were asked to produce and install 60 large player lockers for the clubhouse of a professional baseball team's training camp. We created product drawings for the lockers and determined the layout based on the provided floor plan. After receiving instructions on the colors for the lockers and seating, we moved on to in-house production. The installation work in the Kyushu region (Miyazaki Prefecture) was carried out by our company employees.

As part of the 100th anniversary project in 2024, we carried out a renovation of the clubroom lockers. Since last year, we have been obtaining estimates and conducting on-site surveys for the locker renovation, and through repeated discussions, we initially considered replacing the lockers and benches with conventional types (similar to the current ones). However, upon investigating the current state of locker rooms in domestic and international sports facilities, we found that "sports lockers" offer high convenience, leading us to the conclusion that introducing them would be the best decision for the next 30 years. Ultimately, we obtained estimates from four vendors, and after thorough deliberation by the board of directors, we decided to place an order with Nibari Works, located in Higashi-Osaka City, due to their excellent past production and installation track record and the convenience of maintenance in the future. After the renovation, we have received feedback from club members such as, "It feels like I've come to a different room!" "My motivation has increased even more!" and "I will continue to use it carefully!" We would like to express our gratitude for the tremendous support we received regarding the replacement of the clubroom lockers.

This locker has been designed with operational features that allow unspecified customers to use it. It has been made in a vibrant light blue color. The product has been finished stylishly.

The structure of their new home was designed to withstand a weight of 150 kg, which shows their attention to detail. Since 2020, we have received a total of four requests for the removal of existing items and the installation of new ones from the Osaka Prefectural Fire Academy. Our school is an institution that trains firefighters who are employed by various fire departments in Osaka Prefecture. Students store their field jackets, which they use during daily training, in dedicated lockers. However, due to the sweat and water droplets from training, the lockers were severely corroded, and we were considering replacement when we found the website of Ninhara Works and reached out to them. We conducted a comparative estimate with other companies, and due to the lower price, we decided to adopt their services.

Based on the sports lockers on our site, we received instructions on the mesh structure, size settings, and custom specifications, and we assisted with the creation of the drawings. For the actual installation work on-site, our team members traveled by plane and picked up the products via truck delivery.
