We carefully discussed issues such as the shoe sizes of the players and the space for installation, allowing us to carry out the installation work in-house. Since it will be used outdoors, we have made adjustments such as using acrylic paint for the coating.

We would like to respond to the request to install lockers for valuables for security purposes in an open changing room. We have also been receiving inquiries about this recently at golf courses. It is possible to customize our sports lockers to include individual lockers for valuables, separate from the main area.

We custom-made a large, thin drawer with a height of 30mm. The internal dimensions of the drawer are W1450×D890×H30, and it is a multi-tier type with 40 compartments. We paid close attention to dimensional accuracy during the design phase and proceeded with the manufacturing. A total of 4 units were delivered.

The design medium requires a large size. It was custom-ordered for storage purposes. This is a five-drawer wide drawer of the all-lock type used in offices. We delivered it ourselves to an office building in Umeda, Osaka. It is a standard structure with a user-friendly design that allows for dividers to be added both vertically and horizontally, making it a large drawer that is convenient to use.

Telework and web meetings have changed the way offices operate during the COVID-19 pandemic. The frequency of commuting has shifted from daily to once or twice a week, while also varying the time of day to avoid crowding. The exchange of documents and packages in offices and stores has also become "contactless," leading to the selection of delivery lockers similar to "parcel lockers." This time, we have ordered a dial lock type of "parcel locker" for office use. It serves as a locker where packages can be delivered or stored like a mailbox. The sizes have been adjusted so that users can choose a locker room according to the size of their packages, and each door is equipped with a combination lock, allowing individuals to retrieve their own packages.

We received a request from a food manufacturer and delivered seven units. After several meetings, we arranged the delivery for use in the staff changing room. Regarding the specifications, the lock is a cylinder type with a one-way removal feature, meaning the key cannot be pulled out unless it is locked, which enhances security. Additionally, the paint color is different for the body and the door. The door is painted in a light wood grain finish. Instead of using a wood grain sheet, we applied a unique painting technique to achieve the wood grain effect. Unlike sheet applications, which can peel over time and are susceptible to moisture, our painted finish is highly durable and resistant to humidity, receiving great praise from our customers. The wood grain paint is available in two colors: a darker dark brown and a lighter light brown, which is also used for the door of this product. Customers can choose based on the impression of the room where it will be installed. Furthermore, the number tags attached to the doors can be customized by the customers themselves with any desired numbers and order.

Nihonbara Works processes thin steel and stainless steel sheets, offering a wide range of box-type sheet metal products and precision sheet metal products such as storage lockers, cabinets, and desks. Since our establishment in 1964, we have utilized our long-accumulated sheet metal technology and extensive inter-company network to produce labor-intensive products that are difficult for mass production manufacturers to create, as well as to accommodate custom orders. One of the products born from leveraging our strengths is the valuable item locker. This time, we would like to introduce a minimal-sized product designed for tabletop use with a combination lock. Reflecting customer feedback, this product features a minimal size that can accommodate a wallet and smartphone while ensuring ease of use.

Due to the large size of the printing film, it does not fit on the shelves currently in use, so you requested a custom-made product with your desired dimensions. In this meeting, we first determined the internal dimensions of the drawer to accommodate your preferred size, and from there, we gathered your requirements for the external dimensions of the wide drawer and other requests (such as including casters and changing the number of drawer levels) to lead to the completion of the product. The design includes a lock with an all-lock feature, so by simply locking the key on the first level, all drawers are secured, ensuring security. Additionally, we can create partition boards inside the drawers according to your request, and for this project, we made a vertical two-partition in the center of the drawer. The partition boards are removable, allowing you to take them out and use them as needed for each drawer.

We delivered 12 product display cases to a major food manufacturer’s factory in Osaka Prefecture through a local construction company. First, we conducted meetings and measurements on-site regarding the installation space and storage capacity, then proceeded with creating approval application drawings, detailed design, manufacturing, and delivery/installation. To ensure safety when displaying products, we have included poles to prevent falling.

We received a request through a sales agent from a nearby private university. They asked us to custom-make a locked lectern that can store cameras and laptops in preparation for remote web classes in the second semester. We produced 150 units in a short timeframe. This custom-made product is designed to be user-friendly for professors who move between classrooms. We visited the university, conducted interviews to understand their operations, submitted proposal drawings and estimates, and were able to secure the order. We also handled the delivery of the required number of units to each building. The professors were very satisfied with the result.

We delivered two units to the design office. The open bookcase from the catalog has a deep depth, so we made it smaller to ensure that the King files fit perfectly at the front. With a little ingenuity, it allows for a bit more space in the office. Additionally, all shelves are adjustable in height, making it easy and convenient to accommodate various storage items. In the image, the shelf widths are set evenly, but they can be used for various purposes.

Last year, we received an order for the Cube4 Each padlock type from a school corporation that also purchased from us last year. In total, we have delivered 560 units over the past two years. Cube4 Each is a product that has received many orders, especially from schools, kindergartens, and welfare facilities, due to its vibrant color options and its cute, rounded square appearance. Customers can freely choose the arrangement of door colors, and the type of key can also be changed according to their preferences. We have received very positive feedback from our customers.

We produced this at the request of a government office in Osaka Prefecture. With the recent spread of tablet education, we have received many requests for tablet storage cabinets from government offices across the country. This time, we manufactured a total of five units with a single tier and adjustable features for a nursery. The shape is compact and square, making it visually appealing. The tablet storage cabinets can also be made in two tiers, with casters, and with size modifications. Additionally, since we manufacture custom-made products, we can accommodate detailed requests regarding the number and width of clamps and acrylic partition panels.

We received a direct request from a dental clinic in Kyoto Prefecture for the production of medical equipment. We also handled the delivery and installation. This product features a design that allows for light to enter from the back. The upper back section is fitted with an acrylic panel provided by the customer. In attaching the acrylic panel, we communicated directly with the manufacturer to exchange opinions on important points for installation. The lower section is designed to store models of patients' dental impressions, so the drawers are sized to fit the dimensions of the models.

We received a request from Fujiseimitsu Industry, a metal processing manufacturer in Higashi-Osaka City, to produce a custom wide drawer for storing etching processing films, and we delivered six units. The request was made because the drawers currently in use were deteriorating over time, and they wanted to replace them with new ones. During our meeting, we decided on the number of drawers and the internal dimensions based on their preferences. Additionally, they requested that a cleaning robot be able to pass under the drawer, so we designed it with a base of the desired height attached to the bottom. Our company employees visited for the delivery, installation, and collection of the previously used drawers. After installation, they confirmed the product and expressed satisfaction with the design and usability, which met their expectations.

This is an electric multi-compartment storage locker that allows for the management of temporary laptop loans using student ID IC cards. Our company was responsible for the fabrication of the metal parts, as well as painting and assembly. With the support of supplied materials and guidance on wiring, we were able to bring the product to fruition. In the future, we expect that with further proficiency and standardization, we will be able to offer a wider range of custom-made products.

A refreshing corporate image created with a combination of blue and white... We delivered 24 units to an IT company. The "Cube_4 each," installed in a corner of the office as personal lockers for employees, provides a calm impression to the space with its two-colored (white and blue) doors while also adding brightness and vibrancy. The "Cube_4 each" comes standard with four types of locks and two types of doors (with and without windows). The specifications ordered this time include doors with windows, allowing for easy visibility of the contents, and the dial lock is convenient as it eliminates the need to carry or risk losing keys. Additionally, while it is made of sturdy steel, it is lightweight, making it easy to expand or relocate as the number of employees changes, and it can be easily stacked with just one screwdriver, which is a notable feature.

At Jinzhang Works, we primarily use a sheet metal thickness of 0.8 mm when making lockers for valuables. However, we differentiate the thickness based on the product: 1.0 mm for map cases and 1.6 mm for sports lockers. While using thicker sheets can increase strength, using excessively thick sheets can make the product heavier and less user-friendly. Additionally, the price of materials varies with thickness, which can lead to higher product costs. Therefore, at Jinzhang Works, when we receive an order from a customer, we inquire about the size and weight of the items to be stored, as well as the usage conditions, such as whether a person will be sitting on it. This allows us to select the appropriate sheet thickness to create a "durable" locker tailored to the intended use. In the past, we have used various sheet metals for a single locker, including 0.6 mm for reinforcements, 0.7 mm for inner boxes, and 3.2 mm for cams, in addition to the standard 0.8 mm.

We sometimes receive requests for custom-made items, such as "I want to reflect photos or illustrations on the locker doors. I would like the colors to be different for each door." While our company can relatively easily accommodate requests regarding size and color, we have struggled to fulfill requests for reflecting photos or images due to the need for AI data (Illustrator data).

It features a double-sided, four-person rotating panel structure. This is a standard factory map case with a popular 14-tier design. It features an all-locking mechanism at two locations for enhanced security. It is a multi-tier film storage cabinet capable of managing large drawings measuring 1310×930, made to order and not listed in the catalog, and has been well-received by many customers. We have a strong track record with large drawers (such as NA-10044). We received an order for 13 large units. This is a complete set consisting of a base and main body (7 tiers × 2 sets). We have extensive experience in custom manufacturing large drawers, and we provide detailed support after hearing about the storage items, load capacity, size, as well as installation and delivery conditions.

The depth dimension is kept at 400mm, arranged in a U-shape along the wall. Based on a basic span of 1500mm, the space for the club room was measured and equipped accordingly. In addition to the sports lockers, open racks and uniform racks were also delivered. I believe this has become a model case for the sports lockers intended for club rooms, as they fit neatly. We are able to produce custom sizes and sub-order made specifications from our standard sports locker offerings.

We designed the lockers based on the required size and number of compartments (→ custom order form), and finished them with a design that matches the building (adding a cross accent to each door). A total of 7 units were delivered. The cross accent on the locker doors was expressed through silk printing. The appearance left a strong impression, and the lockers were finished to match the building, resulting in great satisfaction from the customer.

We delivered personal lockers with windows to a certain climbing gym in Kanagawa Prefecture. Since they will be installed under the reception counter, we manufactured them in a two-tier type with a height of H950mm, divided into three columns and two columns, allowing for flexibility in the installation location. The lockers are larger than standard personal lockers to accommodate attaché cases and larger bags, and the windows allow for a quick visual check to see if items are inside or if anything has been left behind.

The lockers are self-standing with a height of 400mm at the bottom. Additionally, there is an acrylic window (W30mm × H40mm) that allows for checking the presence of cards, and they are designed with a master key system for easier management by each administrator. In the future, if the number of trucks increases, the lockers can be connected horizontally by ordering additional units based on the original design of 7 tiers in a single column, making this storage locker a solution that thoroughly pursues "convenience" for our customers.
