This new item was created in response to customer feedback following the recovery of inbound tourism after COVID-19. We can also arrange and customize the layout to meet your requests. 【Outdoor Locker】 This locker is designed to be resistant to rust and deterioration when installed outdoors or in semi-outdoor areas, featuring carefully selected materials and paints, as well as innovative sheet metal deployment methods. It was created in response to customer needs for unmanned delivery outside of business hours and for use as changing lockers at pool facilities. The ceiling structure and floor fixation methods reflect the sheet metal know-how we have developed over the years.

The specifications were based on a modified size of the standard 26-slot prototype, and the software was designed for a fixed door opening and closing method using IC cards (MIFARE). The finalization of the specifications was refined through a web meeting via ZOOM, while listening to the previous operational methods. 【CASE02】 As personal lockers in an office Through our agency, we were adopted as personal lockers in the office of a foreign-affiliated company in Tokyo. The introduction was made with the intention of "wanting to share lockers to save space" in response to the challenges of high rent and not commuting to the office every day. We received positive feedback that it contributed to the rationalization of the office, such as facilitating the lending of laptops and the exchange of internal emails.

As a space-saving security management measure in a factory where many employees work】 There was a need for lockers for employees at a semi-finished food ingredient manufacturing factory where many people are employed. With 20 units of the 26 master type smart lockers providing 520 compartments, accommodating 520 employees requires a very large space. Therefore, it was requested that personal items such as jackets and coats be hung on hangers, and that only "valuables and small items" be stored in the lockers for security management, with access controlled by employee IDs.

We received a request from a business hotel in Osaka City to design and manufacture a custom self-service cloakroom locker for guests. During the inquiry, we conducted on-site measurements and visited other hotels for reference, and we handled everything from creating the design drawings. The locker is designed to accommodate larger-sized suitcases used by foreign travelers, which can be stored in the lower section, and it features a dial lock (with a numeric code) for locking and unlocking. With the anticipated impact of inbound tourism in the post-COVID society, we were able to create a product that is expected to attract requests.

We provided a total of 56 lockers: six for eight people and two for four people. This was part of a renovation project that involved the removal of existing lockers, and we delivered and installed them in three phases. We received a request from a customer in Hyogo Prefecture and designed and manufactured custom work lockers for their employees. There are three types: "Independent Type," "5-Unit Type," and "2-Unit Type," totaling eight units. We arranged them rationally in the available space within the company, ensuring ease of use. In conjunction with the renovation of the locker and shower facilities, we arranged the lockers in the desired sizes. Therefore, while standard commercial products are typically 900mm in height, we designed the upper sliding door lockers to be 800mm and the lower open lockers to be 1000mm, ensuring that there is no excess space.

Our company has traditionally been a manufacturing manufacturer specializing in custom-made steel furniture, office lockers, cabinets, and similar products. Due to industry trends, the number of large clients has been decreasing year by year, but during the fiscal year-end period from February to April, especially in March, we often receive large orders for such lockers and cabinets. This special type of cabinet is a product that has been continuously ordered by banks and companies for many years. We continuously produce thin steel plates of about 0.8 to 1.0 tons using spot welding and CO2 welding.
