"Rail Check" is a solvent-removable fluorescent penetrant that allows for penetrant testing even when wet (during rain, after rain, condensation, etc.) without the need for umbrellas or tents. It solves issues related to PT testing in rainy conditions and improves inspection accuracy. It also helps shorten inspection time regardless of the weather. "Neo Glow F-4A-Au Plus" is a water-washable fluorescent penetrant that features low foaming of penetrant waste and easy treatment of high-concentration penetrant waste. In general, water-washable penetrants become difficult to wash at temperatures exceeding 50°C, but this penetrant can be used for inspections even when the temperature of the test object or washing water is high, making it suitable for inspecting materials, forged products, and machine parts. The "SY-7500WS-3" is an instant fluorescent magnetic powder that has been pre-mixed with fluorescent magnetic powder and powdered dispersant. You can easily prepare the inspection liquid by simply adding the required amount directly into water and stirring with a pump circulation or similar method. It uses environmentally friendly raw materials and does not contain phosphates or nitrite-based rust inhibitors. Additionally, it has good dispersibility and high wettability on the test objects, allowing for flaw detection not only on the material but also on inspection surfaces with moderate surface roughness. This is a groundbreaking black light developed from the perspective of a non-destructive testing manufacturer, contributing to improved inspection accuracy and long-term cost reduction. It features a reliable design that incorporates high-output UV-LEDs (made in Japan). The optical design utilizes patented technology used in exposure devices, achieving irradiation that cannot be replicated elsewhere.
