Traditionally, the buried pipes were cut and finished using electric disc grinders or cutting torches. Moreover, it took 5 to 10 minutes and was a difficult task due to the awkward posture required. However, this cutting machine uses a Φ355 circular saw (chip saw) and can cut a 125A pipe in just 30 seconds. The biggest feature of this cutting machine is that it does not completely cut through; instead, it leaves a small portion uncut at the end. Therefore, it allows for one-person operation without the blade getting stuck in the cut material.

• Temporary Construction Materials

Due to the high demand for a frame in the inquiries, we have made the frame a standard feature and added the conveyor as an optional addition. The circular saw used remains the same as before (Φ405 chip saw).

• Piping and insulation

The "KTS-405SR-250 (Automatic) Band Saw Cutting Machine" features a circular saw (chip saw) that slides in the cutting direction, allowing the cutting length to be customized according to your order. The material is securely clamped both vertically and horizontally, making it ideal for materials that are difficult to clamp, such as thin-walled materials. The control panel uses an LCD screen, and frequently used functions like automatic start and emergency stop are equipped with push-button switches, designed with ultra-long lifespan operation in mind.
