The outline of this embankment is that it incorporates internal hollow stainless steel containers, or buoyant bodies, into the cutoff section of a double steel sheet pile embankment, allowing the buoyant bodies to float due to the river water inflow into the cutoff section. During normal conditions, the height of the buoyant body's top plate is the same as the top of the embankment. In the case of flooding, the buoyant body's buoyancy will rise 1.5 meters above the top of the embankment (if the height of the buoyant body is 2 meters) and then stop. The buoyancy can be adjusted based on design.
