Traditionally, barcodes have been used for identifying small specimen containers due to their size constraints. However, when containers are taken out from extreme low temperatures, moisture in the air can freeze on the surface of the containers, causing delays in barcode reading and leading to misreads and mix-ups. To address these issues, we have developed an RFID reader capable of instantaneously reading specimen containers that are equipped with ultra-small RFID tags. It can identify the location of the desired specimen container within a storage box, even if the container is covered in frost or if the storage box is made of paper. Additionally, the RFID tags embedded in the specimen containers allow for data rewriting, enabling the transfer of specimen information between organizations and facilitating traceability management of specimens. 【Features】 ■ Prototype for technical proposal ■ RFID reader-writer specifically designed for locating RFID-compatible specimen containers ■ Compact aluminum case measuring D186×W100×H16mm for housing the components *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThis document describes how to use the Android application "MailNotification." It is an application that connects to an Artfinex reader/writer and sends an email when an RFID tag is detected, which is useful for monitoring wandering or notifying the passage of specific packages. Please use an Android tablet that can act as a USB host to control the reader/writer. 【Contents】 ■ Equipment configuration ■ Application installation ■ How to use the application ■ Usage examples, etc. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
