Free membership registrationWe have commercialized a rotary potentiometer and encoder that apply our company's linear encoder detection technology. It detects the magnetic field of the N and S poles and outputs the rotational movement as pulses or analog signals. Using a two-pole magnet, we have achieved a detection distance (the gap between the sensor and the magnetic body) of 8 mm ± 2 mm. Eccentricity is allowed up to Φ1 mm (±0.5 mm). Due to the absence of mechanical connections, it is resistant to vibration and shock, making it suitable for use in rotating parts of robotic arms and construction machinery without coupling. Additionally, due to the lack of friction resistance, it can also be applied to tension control for films and paper. We have evaluation samples available, so please feel free to contact us. *Please note that due to limited availability, there may be delays if they are currently on loan.
