While maintaining our high precision, we have made it possible to set up grooved processing shafts with a cylinder type at the push of a button. Until now, users had to manually insert and remove the grooved processing shafts with a ratchet, but now they can easily choose between using or not using them. Additionally, it is compatible with channel settings, QR codes, and barcodes. Automatic spindle setting is also available as an option, but if the back plate groove dimensions are almost fixed, this method is cost-effective and reduces the burden on operators.
