Due to the unique method of cultivating microorganisms primarily consisting of lactic acid bacteria with strong fermentation power from chicken manure at high concentrations, the decomposition rate is fast, producing high-quality organic fertilizer. It is also optimal for situations where compost does not ferment in low external temperatures during winter or for re-fermenting compost that has failed once. Because of the high concentration cultivation, it can be diluted from the original solution to about 1000 times, making it economical. We carefully select and cultivate microorganisms primarily based on lactic acid bacteria that are harmless to humans and animals, and their safety has been proven through acute oral toxicity tests using mice, allowing for safe use. Additionally, some livestock farmers mix the diluted fermentation solution into the drinking water or feed of their livestock and ferment it before feeding, which has been greatly appreciated for maintaining health through the intestinal regulation effects of lactic acid bacteria and reducing the odor of manure. The unpleasant odors associated with fermentation, such as ammonia and hydrogen sulfide, can also be mitigated through the enzymes and microorganisms contained in the fermentation accelerators, enabling ideal fermentation. High-temperature bio-fermentation with lactic acid bacteria and composting of livestock manure contributes to climate change measures by not producing methane gas, thus supporting the SDGs.

Free membership registrationFermentation accelerators and composting fermentation bacteria are used not only as fermentation accelerators for composting fallen leaves, dead leaves, weeds, and pruned branches but also in a project conducted by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism to manage rivers, where large amounts of weeds and small branches generated in riverbeds are mowed and composted on a scale of 100 tons annually. Our fermentation accelerators have been utilized for many years, achieving significant reductions in fermentation periods and minimizing unpleasant odors during fermentation. The fermentation bacteria used in the fermentation accelerators are liquid fermentation agents cultured at high concentrations from a dozen or so microorganisms, primarily plant-based lactic acid bacteria, which are highly safe and possess excellent fermentation power. Due to their strong fermentation ability and high organic matter decomposition power, fermentation accelerators and composting fermentation bacteria are used by livestock farmers raising cattle, pigs, and chickens for significantly reducing fermentation periods in composting manure and urine, as well as for diluting and spraying the fermentation accelerator in livestock barns to reduce odors. They are also widely used in various fields, including composting sludge discharged from water treatment facilities (septic tanks). After using the fermentation accelerator, high temperatures of 60 to 70°C promote the proliferation of actinomycetes, which are essential for soil health, resulting in the production of high-quality compost. Additionally, unpleasant odors typically associated with fermentation, such as ammonia and hydrogen sulfide, can be reduced through the action of enzymes and microorganisms contained in the fermentation accelerator, enabling ideal fermentation conditions.
