As a measure to address the exhaust odor issues in the painting booth of the paint factory, we conducted a deodorization effectiveness test using our deodorant 'Yume Shota SH200'. Upon arriving at the site, we learned that they were facing complaints from nearby residents and guidance for improvements from the authorities, and they were considering relocating the factory, indicating they were in a difficult situation. During this deodorization demonstration test, we were able to reduce the odor measurement results to below the standard values, and we received a request to promptly order the Noix deodorization system, which was then introduced along with the filter box from a certain painting booth manufacturer. After the introduction of the Noix deodorization system, we received feedback that there were no more complaints from the neighbors, allowing them to focus on their operations with peace of mind. As a measure to address exhaust odors from the organic fertilizer manufacturing facility, we conducted a deodorizing effect test using our deodorant 'Yume Shota SH200'. First, we extended the existing exhaust outlet with aluminum flexible duct and used a line fan to draw in the odors. At the end of the aluminum flexible duct, we installed a deodorizing spray box (demo unit). We were able to demonstrate the deodorizing effect, and not only were the deodorizing results satisfactory, but the initial and running costs also met expectations, leading to an order for the Noix deodorizing system. At the end of the aluminum flexible duct, we installed a deodorizing spray box (demo unit). In this test, we set up three spray nozzles inside the deodorizing spray box and challenged the deodorant "Yume Shota SH200" at a dilution of 700 times. The results confirmed that during this deodorizing effect test (evaluation test), the spray of the deodorant reduced the exhaust odor by 90%. Based on the odor measurement results, we propose the Nioix deodorizing system.
