We are pleased to announce that our aluminum profile cutting machine, the 'UCA-400DC model,' has obtained a patent (Patent No. 7572599)! Its innovative design, which integrates a cutting machine with a simple dust collection system, has been recognized and is garnering attention in the industry. The 'UCA-400DC model' is ideal for workplaces facing the following challenges: - Limited workspace - Wanting to avoid spending time on cleaning up chips - Difficulty in introducing expensive dust collection systems This product achieves efficient chip recovery while being compact and boasts excellent energy-saving performance. Additionally, it operates with a motor that is about 1/10 the size of a separate dust collector, significantly reducing electricity costs. It also features a design focused on safety and easy chip handling, enhancing work efficiency. **Main Features** - Barrel can design allows for smooth chip recovery - Energy-saving performance with a small fan (0.2kW) - Sustained suction power with cyclone effect, eliminating the need for filters With the acquisition of the patent, we plan to continuously update detailed information and demo videos so that the 'UCA-400DC model' can be utilized in even more workplaces. Please take this opportunity to visit the product page!

Free membership registrationWe would like to express our heartfelt congratulations on your continued prosperity. Thank you very much for using our services. Due to recent fluctuations in the global economic situation, transportation costs have also been affected. The sharp rise in crude oil prices is a major factor contributing to this increase in transportation costs. We have been making efforts to reduce costs; however, it has unfortunately become difficult to absorb all of the increased expenses. Therefore, it is with great reluctance that we must revise our transportation fees. The details are as follows: Effective date of revision: From shipments dated April 1, 2024 We will provide further information regarding the new transportation fees separately. We kindly ask for your understanding in this matter. We sincerely hope for your continued patronage in the future.

Free membership registrationWe are pleased to announce that Okumura Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has begun publishing materials on a slip detection sensor system for automatic feeding and sizing devices. In gripping (chuck) devices such as sizing machines, if the object being gripped slips during transport, it can lead to a decrease in cutting accuracy and handling performance, resulting in defective products and troubles. Therefore, we have jointly developed a sensor system with the Kagawa Prefectural Industrial Technology Center to detect slipping of the gripped object with high precision. This sensor features a unique structure that combines a parallel spring and detection elements, allowing it to detect and measure slipping within the gripping surface of the chuck, regardless of the shape or size of the gripped object. Additionally, it employs two types of detection elements: strain gauges and piezoelectric films, enabling it to respond to both static and dynamic slipping. It can detect slips of workpieces on the order of 0.1 mm and utilizes the technology from our pending patent, Application No. 2022-92993.
