In March 2024, NETIS registration was completed. KT-230145-A (3D Displacement Automatic Measurement Cloud Management System) This system performs 3D measurements of track displacements affected by nearby construction using an automatic tracking total station. It is capable of monitoring not only the tracks but the entire construction area in real-time, 24 hours a day.

This is a system that calculates and displays/records the advance and displacement of special switches by surveying the elements that make up the special switch (crossing points, stakes, U-shaped rails, movable rails, slip rails, and basic rails) using an LN-100 and a 360° prism. Compatible special switches: Movable DC (Movable Diamond Crossing) SSS (Single Slip Switch) DSS (Double Slip Switch) This system was jointly developed with East Japan Railway Company. Using the control PC, encoder, and camera mounted on the track inspection vehicle, data such as "obstacles," "obstruction points," "alignment information," and "video" corresponding to kilometer information is saved to the control PC. With the saved video and kilometer information, the above data can be registered and re-verified even in offices outside the field. Patent: No. 6744840

This is a system that monitors the elevation of the track in real-time using a liquid injection method during track repair work. It displays displacement data in real-time via wireless communication (cable-free). Since it measures the height of the rails without interrupting the liquid injection work, it helps in the precise adjustment of the liquid injection amount and the prevention of abnormal elevation. This measurement system was jointly developed with East Japan Railway Company.

To address the theme of "prevention of contact disasters near general roads" proposed by NEXCO, our company has introduced a 3D barrier and an MR visualization system. These were used for crane operations in an environment where there is a road 200mm ahead, requiring high-precision management measured with a total station. The area around the soundproof wall was designated as a prohibited area, utilizing a system where a patrol light provides warnings based on distance. The MR visualization system was helpful for on-site inspections and for confirming with guiding personnel, thereby enhancing safety measures. In the operator's room, location information can be continuously monitored, and the distance to the prohibited area can be displayed in millimeters, allowing for accurate awareness even during high-altitude work. Additionally, it is equipped with an automatic stop signal output function, which was effective for safety management.
