Using the control PC, encoder, and camera mounted on the track inspection vehicle, data such as "obstacles," "obstruction points," "alignment information," and "video" corresponding to kilometer information is saved to the control PC. This is a system that monitors the elevation of the track in real-time using a liquid injection method during track repair work. It displays displacement data in real-time via wireless communication (cable-free). Since it measures the height of the rails without interrupting the liquid injection work, it helps in the precise adjustment of the liquid injection amount and the prevention of abnormal elevation. This measurement system was jointly developed with East Japan Railway Company.

In the operator's room, location information can be continuously monitored, and the distance to the prohibited area can be displayed in millimeters, allowing for accurate awareness even during high-altitude work. Additionally, it is equipped with an automatic stop signal output function, which was effective for safety management.
