This is a device that quantitatively fills compressor oil refined by a vacuum treatment system for refrigerant oil into compressors. Depending on customer requirements, the oil filling device can be selected from two types: a flow meter type that allows for large volume filling and a cylinder type that enables high precision and high-speed filling. It is compact and easy to maintain and inspect.

In steam turbines of thermal and nuclear power plants, a large amount of turbine oil is used in the main oil tank for lubrication. However, to maintain the lubricating properties of the oil and the effectiveness of the additives during continuous operation of the turbine, it is necessary to install a "turbine oil purifier" that continuously processes the oil to keep it in a clean state. It consists of a sedimentation separation chamber, a filtration chamber, an oil storage chamber, and a polishing filter.

This is a processing device for SF6 gas, which represents the insulating medium of insulating gas switches and circuit breakers. It purifies the SF6 gas while recovering and storing it on-site using SF6 gas-filled equipment, and then refills it into the equipment. There are two recovery methods: gas recovery and liquefaction recovery.

The Sanmei oil filtration machine has a special sealed structure, eliminating the need for constant monitoring; once it starts operating, it requires no human intervention. It uses a special filter frame to maximize the filtration area, and with special filter materials, it achieves high-precision filtration down to 0.05 microns at low pressure. Additionally, it adsorbs moisture from the oil through "Arso," improving the oil's insulation resistance. The Sanmei oil filtration machine comes in three models: SF type, SMF type, and DFL type.

Substation equipment requires a high-quality electricity supply, and many load tap changing transformers and voltage regulators are used. The oil in the tap changer switch room becomes contaminated with carbon and metal particles generated by arcing during switching, absorbs moisture through breathing, and also produces degradation products such as organic acids. As a result, the insulation resistance decreases, the arc extinguishing effect worsens, and the contact points get damaged, leading to an increase in the generation of carbon and metal particles. Therefore, in the past, operations were stopped once or twice a year for oil filtration or replacement, but now a live-line oil purification machine has been installed to automatically filter the oil in the tap changer switch room for a certain period every day without power interruption. Our company has consistently manufactured live-line oil purification machines since 1958, and in March 2008, we surpassed a cumulative total of 18,000 units.

Insulating oil and similar substances contain approximately 10% gas and about 50 ppm of moisture in their new oil state. If oil containing these substances is used as is, the characteristics of the oil-filled equipment will deteriorate due to the influence of gas and moisture in the oil. This device uses a vacuum method to completely remove moisture and gas contained in the oil, and it filters solid impurities mixed in the oil using a precision filter. Based on extensive experience and refined technology, we manufacture various vacuum oil purification machines with processing capacities ranging from 500 L/Hr to over 20,000 L/Hr.
