The RFP-3226 is a raster photoplotter that employs 64 multi-beam compatible high-lifetime semiconductor lasers. It supports three types of film sizes, each with 100 sheets, for a maximum of 300 sheets, achieving a minimum line width of 10μm (with a drawing pitch of 1μm) and a positioning accuracy of ±10μ.
