Until now, the temperature inside the factory during summer has been high due to equipment heat and external air load, necessitating improvements in the working environment. However, because the factory is a large space, air conditioning the entire area would require a significant investment and was not realistic. Therefore, we installed exhaust hoods and implemented heat exhaust using air transport fans, and introduced an external air conditioning unit. By creating booths in the work area using air curtains and efficiently supplying cool air, we improved the working environment to a comfortable state through a balance of ventilation and air conditioning.
