The DF6700 series is a vane-type flow indicator. Instantaneous flow and cumulative flow can be switched and displayed with the push of a button. It allows for easy checking of cumulative and instantaneous flow. Operating on two alkaline batteries, it is portable and can be used for measurements anywhere. It also supports low flow rates (models -0, -1). The movement of the vane, which has a built-in permanent magnet, is detected non-contact by a reed switch element inside the main unit, converting the pulse signals proportional to the fluid flow passing through into a flow display. It automatically turns on when there is flow and starts measuring. If there is no inflow for more than 10 seconds, it automatically turns off, and the cumulative flow is recorded in non-volatile memory. The measurement accuracy is ±10% RD, making it suitable for applications where a rough estimate of flow is desired at a low cost.

Free membership registrationTo prevent scaling in cooling towers and heat pipes, we monitor the corrosion of pipes caused by concentrated residual chlorine and calcium carbonate. This single unit measures the increase in concentrated chlorine levels via conductivity, the rise in calcium carbonate hardness through TDS, and the timing for membrane replacement using cumulative flow, notifying you with a buzzer alarm. With just the button operation on the surface panel, you can switch displays and toggle between manual and auto modes. ■ TDS or conductivity selection: You can choose which one to display (settings can be changed on-site). ■ Manual mode: Displays the current flow rate and water quality measurements. ■ Auto mode: Automatically determines whether the average conductivity and TDS exceed the set upper limit alarm for every 40 liters of flow. Even during power outages or battery replacements, alarm settings and cumulative flow values are automatically saved in internal memory. For installation, please use conversion adapters to connect to G1", 1/2", or 3/4" piping.
