The "N50 Series" is a power device tester designed for desktop size with a voltage withstand specification of 200V. It can be stored within the handler and installed close to the device. It is capable of measuring static characteristics, thermal resistance, and L-load (avalanche) testing. Additionally, we accommodate custom needs for development and evaluation purposes.
