This is a vacuum packaging sealer for 12-inch (300 mm) wafer cases, with a sealing length of 600 mm. We offer two models: a compact "desktop type" that can be placed on a workbench for vacuum packaging, and a "vertical stand type" that allows for easy visibility of the bag opening during sealing. It can be used in a clean room, does not require air piping or exhaust duct piping, and can be operated with just a power supply. Q: Has this ever happened to you? "It's a hassle to change the nozzle stroke using tools," "It's troublesome to adjust the nozzle stroke every time the workpiece changes..." These are the voices of our customers that inspired us. With nozzle-type vacuum packaging machines, the length of the nozzle needs to be adjusted to fit the workpiece. You can easily adjust it by simply entering the desired time to move the nozzle on the touch panel. Additionally, if you register the settings for the workpieces (up to 9 types), you can work under the same conditions. The standard stroke length is 150mm for the tabletop and horizontal stand types, and 250mm for the vertical stand type, but it is also possible to attach a 250mm nozzle to the tabletop type.

We will introduce a case where a vacuum and degassing sealer was used to compress bedding and reduce transportation costs. Since the cost of transporting bedding is calculated based on dimensions, the strategy is to compress the bedding as much as possible to reduce costs. The degassing nozzle typically remains in a retracted state when the power is on or after sealing is completed. Customers who use the degassing sealer continuously expressed that it would be convenient if the degassing nozzle could remain in an extended (forward) state while waiting. This feature was developed in response to that feedback. This function was born from customer feedback expressing the desire to "vacuum pack fragile items just enough to keep them from moving," "if the vacuum is too strong, they will break, and if it's too weak, they will shift and break during transport," "I want to package them at a precisely set vacuum level," and "I want the same finish regardless of who is working." When vacuum packaging fragile or easily deformable items, for example, if the target vacuum level is set to -5 kPa, -7 kPa, or -15 kPa, with a nozzle-type vacuum packaging machine, the bag may accidentally touch or block the nozzle tip, causing it to seal before reaching the set vacuum level. For experienced operators, by determining slight adjustments such as the length of the nozzle and the position of the item relative to the nozzle based on the softness of the bag, it is possible to achieve nearly the same finish. However, there may be instances when the operator changes, or an inexperienced person is working, and sometimes they may get distracted during the process. In such cases, this function allows for sealing at the set vacuum level, ensuring a stable finish.
