We exhibited at the "Industry Fair in Shinshu 2024" held at Big Hat in Nagano City from October 25 (Friday) to October 26 (Saturday). Various companies from the manufacturing, IT, and food industries, primarily from Nagano Prefecture, gathered together, with over 200 companies including those from outside the prefecture. As a collaborative project with our group company, Mastermind Co., Ltd., we conducted a demonstration showing how easily our programmable keyboard can operate Mastermind's food printer, allowing more than 200 customers to experience it over the two days. We sincerely thank everyone who visited us.

We exhibited at "Retail Tech Osaka 2023," held on October 17 (Thursday) and 18 (Friday), 2024, at Intex Osaka. We showcased a wide range of topics related to payment and cashless solutions, data utilization, improvements in employee satisfaction and HR reforms, the use of IoT devices, and digital marketing, presenting the largest scale of distribution DX in the Kansai region. We sincerely thank everyone for their support, which made the exhibition a great success.

We have registered for the new system "Nagano Prefecture Papa Mama Childcare Leave Practice Company Registration System" promoted by Nagano Prefecture to promote "dual-income and co-parenting." We aim to create a workplace environment where employees can more easily take childcare leave.

We have been selected for the Reiwa 6 fiscal year Medical Device Digital Cross-Innovation Project. In Nagano Prefecture, in order to realize the "Nagano Prefecture Medical Device Industry Promotion Vision," we aim to create niche top-type development companies. The Nagano Prefecture Industrial Promotion Organization publicly solicited proposals for the Digital Cross-Innovation Project and selected three companies from within the prefecture as contractors. We are pleased to report that our company has been selected for the research and development theme of "Inspection Equipment in the Medical Device Field."

The Toyama Prefecture Small and Medium Enterprises Model Company Research Association has its secretariat within the Management Support Division of the Regional Industry Promotion Office of the Toyama Prefectural Government. It is a research association composed of companies recognized by Toyama Prefecture as actively engaged in management innovation and addressing structural issues, primarily among manufacturing companies in the prefecture. Recently, our representative, Yanagisawa, was given the opportunity to give a lecture on M&A and DX. We are truly grateful for this valuable opportunity.

Under the theme "The new 'face' of the 10,000 yen bill has a deep connection with Shinshu," we were featured in SBC Shinetsu Broadcasting News Wide to introduce our self-checkout business. On that day, 300 companies, organizations, and schools from both within and outside the prefecture participated in the event, and we sincerely thank everyone for their support, which allowed us to hold a successful exhibition.

I participated in the "Leaders' Association Aiming for Nagano Prefecture to be Chosen by Women," which was established by Nagano Prefecture to promote the active participation of women in professional life. Leaders from companies, organizations, and local governments within the prefecture gathered to share information and challenges, aiming to foster awareness reform and behavioral change. As a declaration of action, our company has set the goal of having the percentage of female employees among all employees exceed 50% by 2025, achieving a paid leave acquisition rate of over 70%, and aiming for the percentage of female employees in management positions to exceed 30% by 2030.
