The "7-segment type" membrane switch is an advanced version of the LED-mounted type, which incorporates a 7-segment LED within the membrane switch itself. Typically, the height of 7-segment LED components is around 4 to 5 mm, but our original 7-segment LED is about 2 mm, making the overall height of the membrane switch also around 4 to 5 mm. The "Oil-Resistant Membrane Type" membrane switch does not use conventional double-sided tape and instead seals the outer perimeter, completely blocking any water or oil. Even if water or oil enters from gaps in the housing or bonding areas, the switch will not malfunction, operating as a highly reliable membrane switch. It is ideal for input sections of machine tools and outdoor equipment!

Nagano Tektron's membrane switches can have an embossed finish applied to the surface sheet. There are two types of embossing: click emboss and design emboss, and the size, shape, and load can be freely selected. We have a large number of STN LCD character display modules available as standard products. You can choose from various font ICs, as well as select the font and supported languages. There are products without backlighting, as well as LED lights available in yellow-green, blue, green, white, yellow, amber, and red, and there are also products with RGB LEDs. The types of LCD glass include TN/STN/FSTN/DFSTN, each available in positive and negative types. Even if a standard product is not available, we can accommodate custom and semi-custom products.
