The lid opens and closes with a one-touch lever, and it is a lightweight, compact stainless steel liquid pressure tank that is easy to handle. Liquid is supplied by filling the sealed tank and using air pressure. It comes standard with a pressure relief valve, a relief valve, and a liquid filter, allowing for safe and immediate use. For managing the remaining liquid, there is an optional specification with a level gauge and a lower limit float switch. You can choose from sizes suitable for 4 liters, 10 liters, 18 liters, and 39 liters, depending on your needs. This is a long nozzle type spray gun that can efficiently apply coating to the inner surface of rotated cylindrical products (φ13 or larger) with a vertical flat spray pattern at 90° horizontal and 45° diagonal downward angles. It features external mixing spray, allowing for spraying deep into intricate gaps, coating the inner surfaces of narrow cylindrical products, and inserting the head into small holes for spraying.
