In addition to an unknown malfunction, the original contractor had already gone out of business, and there was no detailed information about the equipment, making the situation challenging. Our technicians carefully traced each wire in the complex wiring. Eventually, they reached a self-made circuit board installed inside the terminal panel by the previous contractor. By analyzing the custom-designed electronic circuit, they successfully identified the malfunctioning relay component among the multiple layers of wiring.
