The "Cordiale Farm" is a farm-based employment support service for people with disabilities, assisting companies that face challenges in hiring and retention by providing support towards solving these issues. We operate as a bridge connecting "companies that want to realize the employment of people with disabilities" and "people with disabilities aiming for general employment."
