• Bridge Materials

This product is an embedded steel pipe used to secure the shape at the fixation and deflection sections of PC bridge external cables. Prestressed Concrete Bridge (PC Bridge) Used for joining precast segment girders. Made from SS400 material through machining. Consists of female side, male side, bolts, nuts, spring washers, and plastic washers. 【Features】 ■ Takes into account the required cross-sectional area of the male key, which is a determining factor for size, and the balance with the concrete bearing area, resulting in minimal waste. ■ Ensures that the concrete bearing area aligns with the design theory. ■ Simplifies the processing shape.

"Epoxy resin coated rebar" is rebar that has undergone epoxy resin coating to protect it from salt contained in concrete materials and salt that intrudes from the outside after the construction of structures, thereby preventing early deterioration of reinforced concrete. Uncoated rebar can corrode due to salt, leading to the formation of corrosion products (rust) that increase the volume of the rebar several times compared to before corrosion, exerting expansion pressure on the concrete and resulting in cracks along the rebar on the surface of the concrete.
