We would like to introduce the "Toyosu Gururi Park Restaurant," which was featured in the Excellent Wood Utilization Competition for Wooden Structures. The location of this facility is on soft ground in an urban park, with restrictions on the delivery routes for materials, and the construction period faced challenges in securing labor. We would like to introduce a case of a full renovation of a two-story wooden house that cannot be rebuilt due to lack of road access, including both the building and the exterior. The renovation overview includes a full renovation of the building and exterior, preserving usable existing elements while renovating everything that falls short in functionality and design.
